Rich Ackerman has argued and/or briefed dozens of appellate matters before the Superior Court Appellate Division, administrative bodies, California Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, California Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.  All told, Mr. Ackerman has been involved in approximately 100 administrative and civil appeal matters.

Our hourly rates range from $250.00-$375.00 per hour for appellate advocacy.
